Park Sungpil KAIST / Professor in the Master Course of Intellectual Property

Professor Park has been striving to interdisciplinary study of management and intellectual property right law and is particularly specialized in international trade and contracts, corporate law and American intellectual property rights laws.
 
He has obtained a degree in Bachelor of Laws (College of Law) and Economics (International Institute for College) from Seoul National University, Master of Laws and Doctor of Laws (JSD) from Northwestern Law of University School in the United States.
 
Presently, he gives lectures on global Intellectual Property Right Law, Knowledge Property Management and more as a corporate asset at the intellectual property minor program of undergraduate and intellectual property graduate program of KAIST.
He is also active as a technical adviser of the state Intellectual Property Committee.
